The FREE Calls to India Promotion is subject to the following Fair Usage Policy:
1. Customers must not use the goava calling service for any of the following:
    * Machine-to-machine applications;
    * Continuous calls between automated systems;
    * In ways that cause adverse impact on other goava customers or the goava network;
    * Calls may not be initiated from a PABX, VoIP Softswitch or VoIP software other than the goava software.
    * Calls may not be made to IVR systems or an automated answering service.
2. You are only permitted to make calls from the goava connect mobile application and the goaba Microsoft Windows Application.
3. Calls are only allowed to convential landline and mobile phones.
4. All call usage is subject to periodic volume reviews by us and we reserve the right to limit or regulate the volume of calls where there is evidence of continued excessive usage. Our actions in this regard may include taking measures such as temporarily reducing call throughput for a destination or subset of destinations. We may also suspend, terminate, or restrict your call session, service plan, or service if you use your call usage in a manner that interferes with our other customers’ service, our ability to allocate network capacity among customers, or that otherwise may degrade service quality for our other customers.
5. If goava has reason to believe that any of this policy is not being observed we reserve the right to :
    * Apply additional charges; and/or
    * Terminate access to the Service.
